* A Lot of Work! By uhyup – See all my reviews I bought three of these because I already had the kind of tripod that has three legs so I thought I needed three of these too and then I saw that the covers were really too long even when I extended the tripod legs as far as I could and even added some other stuff to the bottom. So I had to cut them with a KNIFE!! And I cut too much so I had all these little pieces but I found out from the manual (which is very helpful but the grammar is not so good) that if you put several small pieces on the legs it’s almost the same as one longer one and you can even use tape to hold them together if you want to. On the positive side I found that my thumbs got a lot less tired from opening the slits in the covers on the small pieces so I would advise everyone to cut them into small pieces BEFORE opening the slits which is something you need to do to get them onto the legs unless you take your tripod apart and try to slide the covers over the legs that way which I did and it’s HARD. ***** Woweezowee!!! By photophanatix78 – See all my raves This item is just the most wonderful thing I’ve ever bought in my whole life! It works perfectly and is really easy to customize. When I am not out making photographs, I put the tripod leg covers on my floor lamps. And they bend, so I can even use one on my flexible-neck desk lamp.
